Jeff is a qualified osteopath and the founder of Ideal Osteopathy, which was started back in 2013. After graduating from the University of Western Sydney in 2007, he spent several years working in busy clinics across Sydney before deciding to create a space where he could deliver personalised, hands-on care in a way that felt right for both him and his patients.
Jeff utilizes a broad range of hands on osteopathic manual therapy techniques to help with everything from general aches and pains, to work and sports injuries and all types of movement issues. He also use trigger point dry needling when needed to help release tight muscles and get you moving better, faster.
With an understanding of how demanding and fast-paced life can be, whether you’re juggling work, family, fitness, or all of the above, his goal is to get you feeling your best and back to doing what you love.
He is a proud member of Osteopathy Australia and fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), committed to providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care with a personal touch.

With over 15 years of experience serving the local community, Nadine is a trusted and experienced structural osteopath offering holistic, hands-on care tailored to each individual. She combines a range of gentle yet effective techniques including myofascial release, massage, dry needling, and gentle manipulation to help restore movement, relieve pain, and support long-term wellbeing.
Nadine has a special interest in women’s health, care for the elderly, and everything in between, providing support for people at all stages of life. Her approach includes not only hands-on treatment but also simple, home-based exercise prescriptions to help patients take an active role in their recovery and achieve the best possible outcomes.
As a mother of two active boys and an enthusiastic supporter of local community sport, Nadine understands the demands of everyday life and is passionate about helping others stay healthy, mobile, and pain-free.

Racheal is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and feel their best. She completed her formal training in Remedial Sports Massage Therapy at TAFE Macquarie Fields and has since developed a strong reputation for her effective, client-focused approach to treatment.
With a background as a qualified Personal Trainer, Racheal understands the demands placed on the body through both daily life and athletic performance. She uses a combination of techniques including Muscle Energy Technique (MET), trigger point therapy, and active release trigger point therapy to support recovery, relieve tension, and enhance physical function.
Racheal is passionate about helping her clients move better and feel stronger, whether they’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic tension, or simply looking to maintain optimal health. Her integrated approach bridges the gap between massage therapy and movement, ensuring each session is both therapeutic and results-driven.
Hours: Saturdays from 11am – 4pm
