Dr Jeff Stiffle

Jeff has worked as an Osteopath since his graduation from the University of Western Sydney with a Master of Osteopathy in 2007. Before commencing his Osteopathic Studies, Jeff gained his Mechanics Trade which has given him a well-rounded approach to life and business.
In his time as an Osteopath Jeff has worked in a number of different clinics throughout Sydney, treating a large variety of
conditions and developing a sound patient base.
He completed further study in Advanced Dry Needling. Dry needling has been an adjunct to his osteopathic treatment for over 10 years and the positive outcomes regularly produced with this technique continue to drive his enthusiasm for it.
Jeff understands that good health doesn't come easy. Health has many facets and each one needs to be given just as much time as the next. A well functioning musculoskeletal system is good but holistic health comes by acknowledging the whole picture of what makes us function on a daily basis. Jeff aims to help patients understand how their lives may be denying them their ability to achieve IDEAL health.
Jeff is a proud member of Osteopathy Australia and is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). He also offers treatment under WorkCover, DVA and is Medicare chronic disease management program approved.
Dr Nadine Wisby

Nadine has recently joined the Ideal team, she has previously worked alongside Jeff and is excited to again. She is a local resident in the Camden region and proud mum of 2.
Nadine worked as a massage assistant until graduating from University of Western Sydney in 2006 and has since worked as an Osteopath throughout the Macarthur region in a several multi disciplinary clinics for over 10 years. Nadine has an interest in a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to:
Acute and chronic neck and back pain
Nerve pain, disc injuries and sciatica.
Headaches
Shoulder pathologies
Pregnancy related conditions
RSI including tendinopathy
Nadine has further studied Dry Needling and Myofascial therapy, this along with her direct osteopathic manual therapy techniques underpin's her approach to treating her patient's with a tailored individual approach.
Nadine is a proud member of Osteopathy Australia and fully registered allied health practitioner with AHPRA. She is also WorkCover, DVA and Medicare chronic disease management plan approved.
Nadine is Available for appointments Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Jo Black
Remedial Massage Therapist
Jo is a fully qualified Massage Therapist as well as a hard-working mum committed to keeping fit and staying healthy. Jo and her family are long time patients of Jeff and understand what we are all about at Ideal.
As well as remedial massage, Jo has also completed courses in hot rock massage and myofascial cupping techniques.
Jo is available for every Thursday and Friday evening and Saturday mornings.
